1.1. By signing up for membership, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.  

1.2. By using any of our resources (e.g., free trials, workshops, newsletters), you agree to these terms, excluding those related to payment and consumer rights.  

1.3. Additionally, you agree to comply with:

  1.3.2. Specific terms applicable to your membership as outlined on our website or in email communications.  

 

2. Information We Provide  

2.1. If you are a consumer (using the service for non-business purposes), we will provide essential information as required by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This includes details about the membership, payment arrangements, and how to cancel within the cooling-off period.

 

3. Membership and Ordering Services  

3.1. To become a member, complete the online signup process and payment.  

3.2. After signup, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee membership acceptance. We reserve the right to decline membership at our sole discretion without providing a reason.  

 

4. Membership Details 

4.1. Consumer rights laws ensure that we provide services with reasonable care and skill.  

4.2. Membership availability may be affected by unforeseen events. We will make reasonable efforts to address such disruptions.  

4.3. We are not responsible for loss or unavailability of content due to technical issues.  

4.4. Content quality may vary based on your device and internet bandwidth.  

4.5. Compatible devices and software are required for access. Compatibility may change over time.  

4.6. We reserve the right to modify membership features, pricing, or available content.  

4.7. No Sharing of Login Details: Sharing login credentials is prohibited. Suspected fraudulent use will result in cancellation without refund.  

4.8. Membership is for individuals aged 16 and older.  

 

5. Your Responsibilities  

5.1. Pay membership fees as agreed.  

5.2. Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.  

5.3. Comply with our community rules and acceptable use policies.  

5.4. Your participation and outcomes depend on your commitment and effort. We cannot guarantee specific results.  

5.5. Membership resources are not substitutes for medical or mental health treatments.  

5.6. Use resources responsibly and seek professional advice when needed.  

 

6. Physical Exercise – Risks and Responsibilities  

6.1. Exercise involves risks. Consult a doctor before starting new programs, especially during pregnancy or post-natal recovery.  

6.2. Stop exercising if you experience pain or discomfort.  

6.3. Follow provided modifications and listen to your body.  

 

7. Fees and Payment  

7.1. Fees are detailed during signup and are non-refundable except as specified in section 7.4.  

7.2. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.  

7.3. We may adjust pricing with at least 10 days’ notice.  

 

8. Cooling-Off Period  

8.1. Consumers have 14 days to cancel without giving a reason, unless access to resources has been activated.  

 

9. Intellectual Property  

9.1. Resources are for personal use only. Sharing or reproducing content is prohibited.  

9.2. Live session recordings may include participants. By joining, you consent to this usage.  

 

10. Use of Your Personal Information  

10.1. Your information is used to manage the membership and communicate with you.  

10.2. We will keep your information confidential, except as required by law.  

 

11. Resolving Problems and Complaints  

11.1. Contact us promptly if issues arise. We will work to resolve them efficiently.  

 

12. Membership Termination  

12.1. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing cycle.  

12.2. We may terminate accounts for contract breaches.  

 

13. Liability 

13.1. Except for legal obligations, we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or damages.  

 

14. Disputes  

14.1. Disputes are governed by the laws of Ireland.  

 

15. Entire Agreement

15.1. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding your membership.
