WEEK 01

NEUROAWARENESS & QUICK RESET

In the first week, you’ll move from “operating under tension” to “returning to balance within minutes.”You’ll learn to identify your personal stressors, listen to your body’s signals, and apply simple techniques that reduce reactivity and bring mental clarity — all without disrupting your schedule.

Session outline:

– Initial stressor assessment

– Emotion mapping

– Practice: meditation, breathwork, and tapping (EFT)


WEEK 02

RATIONAL & EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE

In the second week, you’ll move from simply noticing emotions to stabilising your energy under pressure. You’ll learn to integrate the “wise mind” (logic + emotion), return to your window of tolerance, and build short, practical rituals that effectively reduce tension throughout the day.

Session outline:

– How to build self-awareness

– Recognising your own reactions

– Practice: relaxation techniques, breathwork, and tapping (EFT)


WEEK 03

SELF-REGULATION & CONSCIOUS RESPONSE

In the third week, you’ll move from understanding emotions to actively managing them in real time.

We’ll focus on regaining control in challenging moments, rather than being carried away by stress, anger, or impulses.

Session outline:

– The ABCDE Model

– 60-second mental reset: micro-techniques

– 6 questions that separate thoughts from facts and reduce cognitive tension


WEEK 04

INTEGRATION & PERSONAL SELF-REGULATION PLAN

In the fourth week, you’ll bring everything together into a cohesive system.

You’ll create your own self-regulation plan that fits naturally into your daily rhythm, along with prevention strategies to maintain stability and recover quickly from overload.

– Level 1 Self-Regulation Plan

– Overload prevention strategies

– Closing meditation + progress indicator
