Service Description

Involves a set of physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques, practiced slowly and with more static posture holds. The practice focuses on feeling the body and breath awareness. Relaxation or meditation is usually at the end of a class. Wear comfortable clothes, and have a mat & bring a bottle of water.
