Simple Breath-work Exercises to Try
1️⃣ Box Breathing (Great for calming anxiety)
Inhale for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
Exhale for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
Repeat for a few minutes
2️⃣ Alternate Nostril Breathing (Balances the nervous system)
Use your thumb to close one nostril, inhale deeply through the other
Switch nostrils and exhale
Repeat for a few minutes
